Job summary

Invesco in the United Kingdom seeks a transfer agency oversight professional to ensure timely and accurate administration, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and maintaining strong client service across distribution partners. You will coordinate with the TA, internal teams and the TPA to support regulatory reporting and project initiatives.

The role requires detailed knowledge of ISA/ICVC regulations, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and the capacity to work under pressure while staying organised

Qualifications

• Experience within the Fund Management industry preferable.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Experience with outsourced administration, monitoring KPIs / SLAs and ensuring excellent client service to distribution partners and their clients.
• In-depth knowledge of ISA and ICVC Regulations.
• Understanding of both UK and cross border (EMEA) functions.
• IOC or related qualification preferred.
• Effective communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• Strong relationship building skills with external clients.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail while seeing the bigger picture.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise own workload.
• Self-motivated, organised and flexible to new ideas.
• Results focused ensuring client’s needs are met professionally and in a timely manner.
• Strong problem solver and issue resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between Invesco and the Transfer Agency for technical or BAU issues, sign off authorisation and query resolution.
• Monitor performance against targets (SLAs and KPIs), standards and deadlines and escalate or remediate as needed.
• Build open and effective communication with the TA and internal partners to ensure the TA meets Invesco’s business needs and delivers excellent client service.
• Provide support and escalation routes to manage and resolve queries from the TA and internal partners.
• Liaise with TPA and participate with Invesco Project teams for product developments and business requirements.
• Ensure that all returns and statistics are completed and submitted within UK regulatory timescales (CMAR reporting, ISA 25 etc.).
