Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a TA Oversight professional based in London to supervise Transfer Agencies and TPAs under corporate governance frameworks. You will monitor service delivery for UK, Luxembourg and Irish funds, lead queries, perform due diligence, and drive standardisation across product types.

You will collaborate with client service and relationship teams, develop training plans, and keep abreast of regulatory changes affecting transfer agency operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong analytical and change-management capabilities and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Ability to set clear objectives, plan activities ahead, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Make quick, clear decisions and apply sound judgement from data.
• Persuade and negotiate effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written communication; capable of public speaking and presenting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service standards provided by transfer agencies to ensure client service quality.
• Oversee client rebates calculations and related processes.
• Lead and resolve queries with TPAs and internal teams.
• Conduct TPA monitoring and due-diligence reviews, on-site where needed.
• Collaborate to standardise processes across product types and funds.
• Produce MI reporting and insights for stakeholders.
• Develop cross-training plans and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on industry developments and communicate them across the team.
