Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Sr. Lead UK Transfer Agency-Operations in London to drive the regional operating model, oversee BAU activity and governance, and ensure regulatory and client service excellence across UK, Ireland and India.

You will partner with TA leadership to scale processes, embed controls, support onboarding and escalations, push transformation and resilience across multi-location teams, and act as a senior escalation point for regulatory, operational, service and client issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transfer Agency operations and fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CASS, AML/FCC, Consumer Duty).
• Ability to lead operating model changes and automation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with senior leaders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the UKTA operating model and scale processes.
• Maintain a robust control environment and governance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across TA processes.
• Support client onboarding, RFPs and senior client escalations.
• Own escalation and issue management for operational risk and service impact.
• Support business continuity and resilience across multi-location teams.
• Represent UKTA in governance forums and client meetings.
