Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise Transfer Agencies and TPAs for service standards.
• Oversee client rebate calculations and related queries.
• Lead internal/external issue resolution with TPAs and clients.
• Conduct TPA due diligence reviews, on-site and desk-based.
• Produce MI reporting and maintain key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure best practices across funds.
