Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors in the United Kingdom is seeking a professional to oversee third-party provider oversight, develop controls, and drive AI-enabled enablement across transfer agency operations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality client experience while aligning with regulatory guidelines.

You will collaborate with Distribution and Product teams to implement changes, monitor MI, and support continuous improvement with a hybrid working model. Experience with AI tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or meaningful professional qualifications or relevant industry experience.
• Experience or interest in leveraging AI/digital tools to drive process improvement.
• Experience of supporting direct and institutional clients and platforms.
• Product knowledge of UK/Luxembourg/Irish pooled vehicles.
• Demonstrates sound judgement and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee oversight controls and monitoring of third-party providers.
• Establish strong relationships with third-party providers and internal teams.
• Carry out daily supervision tasks across transfer agency operations and settlements.
• Review MI and drive continuous improvements to client experience.
• Collaborate with Distribution and Product to support changing business needs.
• Champion best practices and regulatory alignment across jurisdictions.
• Manage inquiries and coordinate with stakeholders.
