- Basic salary of £26,775 per annum, with on-target earnings exceeding £57,296 based on performance

- Oversee the sale of vehicles, ensuring the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products aligns with FCA guidelines
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team on finance and insurance processes
- Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part-exchanges
- Complete regular reporting on finance and insurance sales performance
- Ensure compliance throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships
- Support the sales team in achieving set targets and enhancing their product knowledge
- Assist in developing new initiatives to boost sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Transaction Manager or in a similar level role within a franchise-approved car dealership
- Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, warranties, and relevant automotive products
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and upskill team members
- Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester
- A full UK driving license with minimal points
- Results-driven with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
