Job summary

Peaple Talent Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Training Manager to lead the training strategy for a major technology transformation and drive adoption of a new Property Management System.

You will deliver end-to-end training across teams, design role-based materials, and support go-live with post-implementation reinforcement.

I’m currently working with a leading UK organisation that is looking for a Digital Training Manager to join their Tech & Transformation team.

This is a key role within a major transformation programme, where you’ll take ownership of the training strategy for a new Property Management System and help colleagues across the business successfully adopt the new technology.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end training strategy for the programme
• Identify training needs across different teams and user groups

What we’re looking for:

• Experience delivering training within technology or business transformation programmes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Technical e-learning development experience would be beneficial
