This client is undertaking a large-scale digital transformation programme involving the implementation of a new Property Management System (PMS) Lavanda (booking system). The programme also includes multiple platforms and integrations. The new system is due to go live at the end of March 2027.
The programme will impact a broad range of audiences, including:
The client needs an experienced Digital Training / Transformation Training professional to develop the training strategy and approach for the programme.
Specific Property Management System (PMS) experience is not essential. The priority is someone who has worked on enterprise-level digital transformation programmes involving multiple systems, platforms and business functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the training approach and strategy, working closely with the change team and business leads to understand training requirements, and ensuring the organisation is prepared for the new system.
Key Responsibilities
Important: This is primarily a strategic, scoping and training design role rather than a hands-on delivery position. Given the scale of the programme, the successful candidate will not be expected to personally train all end users.
The candidate will take ownership of the training workstream but will be supported by a close-knit programme team. They will be accountable for their area of responsibility without being expected to work in isolation.
