Peaple Talent Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Digital Training Manager to lead the training strategy for a major technology transformation and drive adoption of a new Property Management System.

You will deliver end-to-end training across teams, design role-based materials, and support go-live with post-implementation reinforcement.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with tech deployments, and the ability to explain complex systems to diverse audiences.

Formación

• Experience delivering training within technology or business transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting large-scale system deployments and go-lives.
• Ability to explain complex systems to varied audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end training strategy for the programme.
• Identify training needs across different teams and user groups.
• Design and adapt practical, role-based training materials.
• Deliver training face-to-face, virtually and one-to-one sessions.
• Support go-live and provide post-go-live training and reinforcement.
• Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, Technology teams and implementation partners.
• Use feedback and data to identify risks and improve the training approach.
• Embed new processes and ways of working across the business.
