Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider in supply chain management and e-commerce, seeking a Training Coordinator in Corby. You will deliver mandatory training, inductions, and site tours while coordinating courses, venues, and materials.

You will liaise with internal teams and external contractors, supporting ongoing education and development initiatives and ensuring efficient administration within the Learning and Development function.

Qualifications

• Experience working with several systems and training business activities.
• Experience working within a fast-moving distribution environment.
• Presentation skills along with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritise and manage high-volume administration tasks.
• Working knowledge of recording, maintaining and reporting on L&D activities (including updating skill matrix).
• Training Systems knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver training and professional development activities.
• Provide administration and coordination support for all training activities.
• Support development of training designs to meet current and future business needs.
• Communicate goals, vision, and objectives of online learning to teams and individuals.
• Continuously review and improve system processes and content.
• Source and liaise with external vendors to create content resources.
• Ensure quality systems are followed at all times.
• Provide daily tactical support and manage records/documents.
