Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Training Coordinator to act as a key point of contact for Learning and Development queries across the business unit, coordinating mandatory training, inductions, site tours, and scheduling courses and venues. You will also manage resources, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring smooth team operations and accurate administration.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday. The role involves liaising with external contractors, developing content, and maintaining quality systems

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-moving distribution/logistics environments.
• Experience with training business activities and systems.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritise and manage high-volume administration tasks.
• Knowledge of recording, maintaining and reporting on L&D activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support training and other professional development activities.
• Provide administration and coordination support for all training activities.
• Support the education and development of current and propose future designs to fit new business ventures, best-practice processes and techniques.
• Communicate with the company and teams to keep them informed of online learning goals and objectives.
• Continuously review and improve system processes and content.
• Source and work with external vendors to create content resources.
• Ensure quality systems are followed at all times.
• Provide daily tactical support.
• Complete all traceability of records and documentation within your remit.
