Job summary

Arvato Direct Services Potsdam GmbH is seeking a Training Coordinator to act as the primary contact for Learning and Development queries. The role includes delivering mandatory training, inductions, site tours, and scheduling as well as liaising with external contractors to ensure efficient operations.

You will manage documentation, report on training activities, and continuously improve processes. Strong communication, organisation, and MS Office skills are essential for handling high-volume

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple systems and training activities.
• Experience in a fast-moving distribution environment.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritise and manage high-volume admin tasks.
• Knowledge of recording, maintaining and reporting on L&D activities.
• Training systems knowledge preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-driven with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate training and professional development activities.
• Provide administration and coordination support for all training activities.
• Support development of learning content to fit new business ventures.
• Communicate learning goals and progress to teams across the business unit.
• Continuously review and improve L&D processes and content.
• Coordinate with external vendors for content creation and delivery.
• Ensure quality systems are followed and records are maintained.
• Provide daily tactical support and timely documentation.
