Job summary

Interaction Recruitment in Leeds City Centre is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join a growing training provider.

You will manage learners from initial enquiry to enrolment, handling high call volumes, recommending courses, and keeping accurate records on the CRM. This is a full-time role offering £30,000–£35,000 with commission and clear career development within a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Confident on the telephone and able to handle high call volumes.
• Commercially minded with a strong sales focus.
• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Experience in Sales or Internal Sales or both.
• Experience in Account Management.
• Familiar with Training, Apprenticeships, Education or Learning sectors.
• CRM system experience and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of calls with prospective learners.
• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into enrolments.
• Discuss learner requirements and recommend suitable training courses.
• Build strong relationships with learners throughout their journey.
• Encourage and support learners through enrolment and completion.
• Maintain accurate learner records and documentation.
