Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting an Internal Account Manager to join a Leeds City Centre training provider. You will handle learner enquiries from initial contact through enrolment, guiding them with support and advice to choose the right courses.

Location: Leeds City Centre

Are you an experienced Sales or Account Management professional looking for your next opportunity within the training and learning sector?

We are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join a growing training provider based in Leeds City Centre.

This is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing learners from their initial enquiry right through to enrolment, ensuring they receive the right support and guidance throughout the process.

The Role

You will be responsible for speaking with prospective and existing learners, understanding their requirements and encouraging them to enrol onto suitable training courses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a high volume of calls each day with prospective learners
• Following up on enquiries and converting opportunities into enrolments
• Discussing learners' requirements and recommending suitable training courses
• Building strong relationships with learners throughout their journey
• Encouraging and supporting learners through the enrolment process
• Managing learners from initial enquiry through to completion
• Completing and maintaining accurate learner records
• Ensuring all forms and documentation are completed correctly
• Managing administration associated with learner enrolments
• Updating and managing information accurately on the CRM system
• Following up outstanding information and documentation
• Working towards individual targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone, commercially minded and highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy workload and speak to a high volume of people every day.

You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

• Sales or Internal Sales
• Account Management
• Training Courses
• Apprenticeships
• Education or Learning
• Student / Learner Engagement
• Customer Service within a learning environment
• Working with a CRM system

Previous experience within the training, apprenticeship or education sector would be highly advantageous, although we will also consider candidates with strong sales experience and a genuine interest in working within the learning sector.

You will need to be comfortable having sales-focused conversations, following up warm enquiries and encouraging learners to take the next step and enrol.
