Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting an Internal Account Manager to join a Leeds City Centre training provider. You will handle learner enquiries from initial contact through enrolment, guiding them with support and advice to choose the right courses.

You will speak with prospective and existing learners, follow up enquiries, use a CRM to manage records, and work to targets and KPIs. This full-time, permanent role offers £30,000–£35,000 with commission and development opportunities in a

• Experience in sales or account management.
• Strong telephone and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
• Experience with a CRM system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective and existing learners to understand requirements and enrol them.
• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into enrolments.
• Discuss learner needs and recommend suitable training courses.
• Build and manage relationships with learners throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate learner records and CRM data.
• Ensure all forms and documentation are completed correctly.
• Manage administration related to learner enrolments.
