As an instructor, you'll play a vital role in training Royal Navy students in External Communications and Cryptographic Maintenance, delivering hands‑on instruction to Phase 3 CIS(T) Maintainers within the Weapons Engineering department. You'll be responsible for teaching the maintenance of critical communication and cryptographic hardware, ensuring students gain the technical skills they need. Reporting to the Training Delivery Team Leader (Sensors/CIS), you'll deliver high-quality, safe, and consistent training using best practices and harmonised approaches that support excellence across the Weapons Engineering training area.
