Job summary

Royal Navy is seeking a Training Delivery Instructor for a full-time role at HMS Collingwood, Fareham. You will deliver hands-on training to Phase 3 CIS(T) Maintainers in External Communications and Cryptographic Maintenance, ensuring safety and quality.

Reporting to the Training Delivery Team Leader, you will tailor training with L&D colleagues, standardise systems across Weapons Engineering training locations, and help develop modernised courses with eligibility for UK SC clearance.

Qualifications

• HNC in electronics (minimum) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching/training is beneficial.
• Experience maintaining Royal Navy communications or cryptographic systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Training military students in External Communications and Cryptographic Maintenance.
• Tailor training with L&D to meet individual trainee needs and promote modernised courses.
• Maintain electrical equipment used for training.
• Share and apply best practices to enhance training quality.
• Standardise training systems across Royal Navy Weapons Engineering locations.
