Capita is delivering training for the Royal Navy in weapons engineering. The role involves teaching maintenance principles and fault-finding of Royal Navy electronic systems, supporting a team of instructors, and delivering classes up to 16 students in size.
It is a full-time, term-time position with security clearance requirements and proximity to Portsmouth. The role focuses on applying electrical engineering principles, continuous improvement, and student development to help sailors progress

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. You will provide support to the delivery of training across Weapons Engineering Training for the Royal Navy. The purpose of this role is to provide the delivery of Engineering principles and fault diagnostic investigations to Royal Navy students on their Phase 2 career courses.

What’s in it for you?
This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
