Capita Selborne is recruiting to deliver engaging underwater warfare and SONAR training for Royal Navy personnel. The role is full-time on a term-time basis (45 weeks) with 37.5 hours/week, based at HMS Collingwood in Portsmouth.

Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster - As part of the Under Water Training Element, you will play a key role in preparing Royal Navy personnel for operations at sea. Drawing on your expertise in SONAR systems, you will deliver engaging and practical training that develops students' understanding of underwater warfare and equips them with the skills needed to operate in a complex maritime environment. This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non‑working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata'd and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
