Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with data processing.
• GCSEs or equivalent.
• Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with Power BI awareness an advantage.
• Very good numeracy and a consistent, accurate approach to data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and comfort working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all production and staff training, making sure new starters receive the training they need.
• Scheduling in-house and external training, including health and safety, fire warden and first aider courses, and liaising with HR on bookings.
• Inputting and updating training records and new employee details on the training database.
• Reviewing overdue training, producing gap reports and putting plans in place to bring everyone up to date.
• Supporting inductions, work trials and e-learning, and delivering basic production training to operators.
• Maintaining training calendars, department colour charts and skills matrices.

Up to £32,000 DOE as a Training Coordinator, where you ll be the trusted person making sure every colleague has the skills they need to do their job well and safely.
