Ambitions Personnel is seeking an organised Training Coordinator to join a busy team on a 12-month fixed-term contract providing maternity cover. The role coordinates training activity across a wider network, acting as a main contact for learners, instructors and internal teams.
The successful candidate will manage bookings, enrolments and reporting, maintain records and produce dashboards to identify gaps and opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

As Training Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating training activity from initial bookings through to completion.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with people at all levels.
You may already have experience within training coordination, L&D administration, events, customer service, project coordination or a busy administrative environment.
Previous experience within training, learning and development or a similar coordination environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential if you have the right transferable experience.
