Job summary

Air Charter Service is seeking a Training Content Manager to identify learning needs with business leaders and SMEs, then transform complex information into engaging training content for virtual and in-person delivery.

You will design diverse materials, including presentations, online modules, facilitator guides, workbooks, guides, assessments, and video scripts, while developing blended learning solutions for varied audiences.

Qualifications

• 7 years+ experience in working in a training function scoping, designing and delivering/facilitating training.
• Strong track record of designing learning solutions that support business objectives.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts to gather, challenge, and structure complex content
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience designing blended learning programmes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and demonstrating business impact.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong consultancy, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
• Translate complex operational, technical, and commercial information into engaging and learner-friendly content.
• Apply consultancy skills to design and develop training programmes for both virtual and face-to-face delivery.
• Create a wide range of learning materials, including Training Presentations, online content, facilitator guides, workbooks, guides, assessments, scripts.
• Develop blended learning solutions that accommodate different learning styles and audiences.
• Define learning objectives and establish measures of success for training initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, performance measures, and business outcomes.
• Work closely with our eLearning Design Team, providing content for digital learning solutions.
• Act as a trusted learning partner to stakeholders across the organisation.
