Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Principal Training Developer to lead courseware and media development for CMDC training services. You will manage a team of Training Developers, ensure quality outputs, and drive improvements across projects.

The ideal candidate has a background in training development and learning & development, with proficiency in Adobe CC, 3DS Max, Blender, Unity and Articulate 360. Hybrid UK role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and developing training content using design tools.
• Strong instructional design knowledge and ability to lead teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to meet training goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Training Developers and Senior Training Developers.
• Delegate tasks, develop talent, and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Produce interactive learning material per CMDC processes and style guides.
• Champion innovative training solutions and CPD for the team.
• Travel to other UK sites as required.
