Job summary

QA Limited is seeking a Learning Designer for London, to craft bespoke digital training content, script material, and deliver engaging learning solutions. You will collaborate with clients, SMEs and creative teams to meet learning objectives and ensure accessibility and copyright standards.

Ideal candidates have experience creating external client content, strong project management, and a solid understanding of learning methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience producing digital training content, ideally for external clients.
• Ability to design engaging learning solutions based on evidence-based principles.
• Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Effective project management, with the ability to manage and deliver projects independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
• Resourceful and self-directed with solution-focused mindset.
• Broad understanding of learning methodologies and cognitive psychology theories.
• Evidence of improving learner outcomes through content and process improvements.
• Strong writing skills, including video scripting.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Clients, Learning Consultants, Content, and SMEs to understand course content and learner needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and creative teams to create engaging, bespoke training content for client digital learning needs.
• Design, script and deliver learning content while ensuring accessibility and copyright compliance.
