Job summary

Air Charter Service is seeking an experienced Senior e-Learning Specialist to design, create and deliver interactive digital learning experiences that align with our brand standards.

You will work closely with the Training Content Team to apply practical learning theory and deliver online courses for employees worldwide via our Learning Management System, reporting to the Training Director and mentoring two eLearning Designers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing e-learning or digital learning functions.
• Strong instructional design knowledge and adult learning theory.
• Experience delivering online learning via LMS for a global workforce; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and deliver interactive digital learning experiences aligned with outcomes and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Training Content Team to apply practical learning theory for online courses via our LMS.
• Lead and mentor two eLearning Designers and report to the Training Director.
