Job summary

Instinct is working with a fast-growing global organisation to recruit a Learning Design Manager for a senior, hands-on role within Learning & Development. You’ll own learning content from scoping to sign-off, working with stakeholders and SMEs, and will manage one Training Content Specialist.

The role focuses on learning design, content development, needs analysis and stakeholder consultancy in a predominantly office-based setting in South London, with potential for one remote day per week

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning & Development with a strong background in learning design, stakeholder consultancy and content development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs for training needs analysis.
• Design blended learning across in-person and digital formats.
• Create training materials: presentations, facilitator guides, workbooks, assessments.
• Develop scripts and content for video and multimedia learning.
• Manage a Training Content Specialist and multiple projects.
