Dalcour Maclaren in the United Kingdom is seeking a Learning Content Studio Lead to transform technical expertise into engaging digital learning assets across the DM Academy. You will partner with surveying, planning, environmental, geomatics and other disciplines to capture knowledge and produce high-quality content.

You will own the end-to-end content studio, delivering short-form video, micro-learning, e-learning modules and guides, ensuring content stays current and technically accurate

Aufgaben

• Knowledge Capture & Content Creation: identify priority knowledge areas and translate technical content into learner-focused resources.
• Content Studio Leadership: establish, manage and optimize the DM Academy Content Studio and end-to-end production process.
• Digital Learning Production: produce short-form video, micro-learning and learning modules with engaging multimedia design.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships with technical leaders and coach experts on knowledge sharing.
• Learning Technology: manage authoring tools and LMS platforms, stay updated on new tech.
• Academy Visibility & Engagement: promote learning content and drive campaigns to ensure cadence of releases.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement: monitor engagement, collect feedback and improve content quality.
