You will translate complex operational, technical, and commercial information into engaging content, design blended learning, and deliver materials for virtual and face-to-face delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a training function delivering design and facilitation.
• Design learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with SMEs to structure complex content.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience designing blended learning programmes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience measuring learning impact on business outcomes.
• Excellent project management and organisation.
• Strong consultancy, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs.
• Translate complex information into engaging content.
• Design programmes for virtual and face-to-face delivery.
• Create training materials: presentations, modules, guides, workbooks, scripts.
• Develop blended learning solutions for diverse audiences.
• Define objectives and measures of success for training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the eLearning Design Team to support digital solutions.
• Act as a trusted learning partner across the organisation.
