Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Training and Competence Coordinator for Head Office on a fixed-term contract basis within the Organisational Development function. You will oversee training compliance for trade roles, support operations, and drive completion of inductions and e-learning across sites.

The role involves audits, monthly reporting, and advising site administrators on training processes with a focus on CISRS/TICA compliance and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight timescales with prioritisation, time-management and workload planning skills.
• Effective communication, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of on-site trades’ training and competence processes and principles.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, logistics, utilities, or similar environments within an administration environment.
• Experience of training and competence administration.
• Level 3 Business and Administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site training matrices.
• Verify skills cards during onboarding.
• Flag expiring training to operations at intervals.
• Process training requests including course bookings/joining instructions.
• Maintain training records for operations.
• Assign e-learning courses via iHASCO.
• Manage completion of site inductions via Intasite.
• Complete monthly and quarterly training and code of conduct reports.
• Support annual review and maintenance of trade-based curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with CISRS / TICA and other procedures.
• Coordinate training and competence audits (internal/external).
