KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to join our HSE team on a permanent basis. You will provide timely Health, Safety and Environment guidance across Legislation, Company Policies and Client requirements, supporting the HSE strategy for UK & Ireland.

You will lead site safety initiatives, develop risk assessments and audits, and mentor Advisors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Travel to sites across the UK & Ireland is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven safety leadership in construction or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and codes of practice.
• NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications preferred.
• Ability to travel to UK & Ireland sites.

Responsabilités

• Advise site management on safety and environmental plans and risk assessments.
• Provide authoritative guidance on Health & Safety matters to stakeholders.
• Lead safety audits and inspections in line with IMS requirements.
• Prepare safety and environmental reports for internal and external purposes.
• Support HSE manager and project managers with Safe Start and Hazard Surveys.
• Deliver seminars/training for clients, employees and stakeholders.
