Aureos in Bathgate is seeking a Training Administrator to join our office. You will ensure every employee, from site staff to directors, receives the necessary training and you will be supported by our Administrative/QHSE Team.

Your initiative will help shape this role and establish a clear training-contact point for all inquiries. The role focuses on maintaining training systems, coordinating courses with project teams, and managing renewals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative role is essential.
• Proficiency in using Office software.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a Training system for every employee within the energy sector which lists every employee, their current training certs/qualifications and renewal dates.
• Liaise with Project management teams to ensure training courses are arranged for employees and to maintain relevant competencies.
• The role is admin-heavy and will require strong time management and organisational skills.
• The role may expand into different administrative duties over time as needs evolve.
