Job summary

Gardline Limited, part of the Boskalis group, is hiring a Training and Competency Coordinator to support our Training & Competency function and Crewing Operations. The role focuses on administrative support, training bookings, certification issuance, and LMS administration to ensure compliant competency management.

The successful candidate will work across T&C and Crewing teams, maintain training records, and assist in Certification verification for project matrices.

Qualifications

• Experience as Training Coordinator / HR Assistant / Crewing Administrator or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Offshore Industry Training requirements (O&G UK, HSE, IMCA).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared mailbox, respond to personnel within set timescales.
• Coordinate training bookings and issue joining instructions to delegates.
• Issue Training Certification for trainings undertaken.
• Register personnel to the Company LMS for role-relevant courses.
• Track eLearning completions in the LMS and report to T&C Manager.
• Assist with information gathering and verification of Certification for Client Project Matrices.
• Provide compliance reports to the Training & Competency Manager.
