Job summary

Marlborough Highways is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team. The role coordinates and supports training and competency requirements across the business, ensuring staff and subcontractors hold the necessary qualifications and certifications.

You will maintain training records, monitor expiry dates, identify compliance gaps and coordinate internal and external training to deliver the training plan.
