Job description

Trainer | Job Description

We are looking for a trainer who is committed to supporting our rapidly growing Learning and Development initiatives in India.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the learning needs identification process, capable of setting program strategies, and designing customized offerings based on identified skill-building needs.

They should have a good understanding of Learning Management Tools and be able to research, design, and develop content to offer programmatic solutions with multiple connection points.

The candidate must be able to independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and oversee the development of facilitators.

They should identify opportunities for improvement and own projects to drive problem resolution, including preparing reports in Excel and having an analytical view to inform strategies.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of learning programs to support L&D initiatives.
  2. Conceptualize and develop content.
  3. Develop learning solutions that optimize performance and promote compliance with Amazon policies.
  4. Assist in developing standardized learning management processes, procedures, and templates.
  5. Ensure that the L&D curriculum is tracked and maintained in the Learning Management System.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of the L&D programs and activities administered.
  7. Measure solution effectiveness and scalability of delivery modalities, using continuous feedback to identify gaps and create scalable learning solutions to improve learner retention.
A Day in the Life

Ensure that the L&D curriculum is maintained in the Learning Management System and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Undergraduate degree with a pass-out certificate and hands-on experience with MS Word and Excel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in e-commerce and logistics operations background.
