Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience + £3,000 car allowance
We are seeking a talented Trainer to join our team at Outcomes First Group!
Outcomes First Group exists to give neurodivergent children and young people access to a great education that caters to their specific needs, abilities, and aspirations. We are the biggest and best in our sector, providing education and care from early years through to further education.

Job Purpose:
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality training and development solutions to customers that result in improved outcomes and provide specialist knowledge.
The Trainer reports to our L&D Service Manager. This role will also have close collaborative working relationships with the whole business, as it will be responsible for training all new employees across the South.
