Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Leadership & Sales Trainer to join our Learning & Development Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of engaging, high quality training that develops leadership capability and enhances sales performance across our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of current and emerging training trends. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through sharing knowledge and facilitating learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training programmes focused on sales excellence and leadership development, aligned to business needs and supporting the growth of the business.
  • Support developing and coaching future managers through to future directors.
  • Customise training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of our employees and the business.
  • Support the integration of incoming staff during TUPE processes by delivering tailored training sessions and ensuring a smooth transition aligned with company standards and practices.
  • Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to active participation and knowledge retention.
  • Adapt training delivery based on participant feedback and performance assessments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new developments relevant to the training content.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in a corporate or adult learning environment.
  • Experience of sales, leadership and people development. (Essential)
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and LMS.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • CIPD qualification (minimum level 3) or equivalent (desirable)
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams across different levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
