Job summary

Pacifica is hiring a Trainee White Goods Engineer - Field Based in Northampton. This full-time role includes training at a dedicated centre in the North East of England, a company van, tools, and ongoing mentorship.

You will repair and maintain household appliances at customers' homes, developing your skills through on-the-job experience. No prior white goods repair experience is required; candidates with mechanical or electrical hands-on backgrounds are welcome and will receive extensive

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical or electrical experience; comfortable using hand tools and solving problems.
• Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• No prior white goods repair experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair and maintain household appliances (washing machines, dryers, fridges, dishwashers, cookers).
• Visit customers' homes to diagnose issues and perform repairs safely.
• Record job details using our in-house engineer software; follow mentor guidance.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly.
