Job summary

Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions (DGTCS) is seeking an ambitious individual to join our sales team on a structured career path toward Business Development Manager. You will gain training, build customer relationships and develop commercial experience across a defined territory in the North West.

Key duties include generating opportunities through visits and networking, preparing quotations with Service and Projects teams, and managing the CRM to identify future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Structured commercial career with progression into management.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Confident communicating face to face and over the phone.
• Organised, motivated and able to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through customer visits and networking across the North West territory.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to grow hire revenue.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals with Service and Projects teams.
• Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM and keep records accurate.
• Promote wider Dawsongroup offerings by introducing other Business Units.
• Exhibit initiative to identify opportunities and solve customer problems.
