Job summary

Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions operates in a broad range of industries providing temperature controlled rental solutions. Based in Avonmouth, you will develop new customer relationships and grow your commercial expertise with a structured development pathway toward a Business Development Manager role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Confident communicating with customers both face to face and over the phone.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing your own diary and prioritising opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across your allocated territory through customer visits, networking and proactive prospecting.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, understanding their operational needs and recommending the right temperature control solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, working closely with our Service and Projects teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM, keeping customer activity and opportunities up to date.
• Promote the wider Dawsongroup offering by identifying opportunities across other Business Units.
