Job summary

Chopstix is seeking a Trainee Team Leader to lead from the front, manage shifts, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with management to drive performance, coach teammates, and foster a culture of teamwork and outstanding customer service.

You’ll be responsible for delivering great food and service, guiding your team across all store areas, and ensuring shifts run smoothly while keeping standards high and customers happy.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• Hands-on approach with flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate those around you.
