  • Background as an Inspector, Health & Safety Advisor, Quality Officer, SHEQ Coordinator, HSE Auditor or similar.
  • Aims to become a fully trained SHEQ Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support SHEQ and Quality teams with inspections, non-conformance monitoring and general compliance tasks.
  • Complete audits, file paperwork and assist with all SHEQ functions.
  • Participate in weekly catch-up meetings during training.
  • Gain hands-on experience across safety, health, environment and quality disciplines.

Overview

Trainee SHEQ Manager – 4-month temporary to permanent contract offering full training, funded courses and a clear progression path to a fully qualified SHEQ Manager within three years.

Salary & Benefits

£17p–£18p / h (Umbrella/Inside IR35), commutable to Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas. Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, early finish Friday 2:30pm, company pension, yearly productivity bonus, 28 days holiday, career progression and full training.
