Job summary

Medstrom Ltd. is seeking a Trainee Service Technician to join our Norwich service centre. You will help deliver and service medical products across Norfolk, with full training provided.

The role runs Sunday to Thursday, 37.5 hours per week. After training, you may assist with product delivery, setup, and maintenance in clinical environments, while progressing along our career pathway.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are required for interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic PC skills including email and MS Office are expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean, ready-to-use products to customers’ sites.
• Collect products after use and return to the service centre location.
• Disinfect, function check, repair, and electrical safety test products with full training provided.
• Complete records of testing, delivery and collection in the company system.
• Maintain product stock and spare parts inventory.
• Support at the delivery stage in clinical environments.
