Job summary

Sytner Solihull is recruiting a Trainee Service Advisor / Bookings Advisor to join the Aftersales Department. You will support the Service Manager and Advisors, manage bookings and prep work for vehicle arrivals, and assist with invoicing and paperwork to ensure high standards.

The role suits someone with strong organisation, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Kerridge/ADP experience is helpful, but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar or demanding role is beneficial.
• Experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer all bookings and preparation work for vehicle arrivals.
• Adhere to strict processes within the service environment.
• Support the service team with telephone enquiries.
• Complete invoicing and process paperwork to quality standards.
• Carry out self-audits before filing.
