Job summary

Listers Group in Worcester is recruiting a Trainee Service Advisor to join our dealership network. The role offers a comprehensive induction and training programme to develop you into a successful Service Advisor, with support to achieve targets and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 plus a monthly bonus, with OTE up to £36,000; hours typically 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Passion to deliver excellent customer service
• Well-presented with drive to succeed
• Previous customer service experience and target focus

Responsibilities

• Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, liaising with the workshop team to schedule workload
• Meeting customers on arrival and providing a seamless service from drop-off to handover
• Updating customers on progress and authorising additional work with follow-up calls
• Liaising with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure vehicles are ready on time
