Job summary

Listers Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our Dealerships as Trainee Service Advisors. A local Recruitment Day will take place on Thursday 1st October 2026.

We will provide a comprehensive induction and training programme to help you become a successful Service Advisor with us. Salaries vary between £28,000 - £32,000 plus monthly bonus, OTE up to £36,000; hours are typically 08:00-18:00 Mon–Fri with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• You should quickly establish rapport with customers.
• Experience in customer service and meeting targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance or repairs and coordinating with the workshop.
• Meet customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
• Update customers on progress and authorise additional work as needed.
• Liaise with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely delivery.
