Job summary

Listers Group Ltd is recruiting for a Service Advisor at our Skoda dealership in Worcester. The role involves booking vehicles in for maintenance, greeting customers, and coordinating with workshops to ensure timely handovers. A strong focus on customer service and rapport-building is essential.

The position offers a basic salary with a monthly bonus, resulting in an OTE of £39,600, with Monday–Friday hours and a Saturday rota. Full training provided and excellent staff benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Previous customer service experience
• Organisation and admin skills; DMS knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles in for maintenance/repairs and liaise with workshop
• Meet customers on arrival and ensure a seamless handover
• Update customers on progress and obtain approvals for extra work
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely vehicle readiness
