Job summary

Listers Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our Trainee Service Advisor program. Attendees of the Recruitment Day will receive a comprehensive induction and training to become successful Service Advisors across our dealerships.

Salary varies between £28,000 - £32,000 with a monthly bonus, offering OTE up to £36,000. Hours are typically 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally working to key targets to deliver customer satisfaction and sales objectives
• Good organisation and administrative skills
• A full UK driver’s license is required
• Knowledge of dealer management systems would be an advantage but is not essential

Responsibilities

• Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload
• Meeting customers on arrival and providing seamless service from drop-off to handover
• Updating customers with progress and authorising additional work with follow-up calls
• Liaising with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure vehicles are ready on time
