Job summary

Listers Group Limited is seeking a Service Advisor for our Skoda Dealership in Worcester. The role supports a busy service department with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 with Saturdays on a rota. The position offers a basic salary plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £39,600, and on-site parking in Worcester.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.
• Ability to meet targets and deliver sales objectives.
• Good organisational and administrative skills; DMS knowledge is a plus.
• Motor trade or car dealership experience is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles in for maintenance/repairs and schedule workload with workshop.
• Welcome customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
• Update customers on progress and obtain authorisations for additional work as needed.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure cars are ready on time.
