Job summary

Listers Group is inviting applicants for a Trainee Service Advisor role at our dealerships. We will provide a comprehensive induction and training programme to develop you into a successful Service Advisor with the group.

Salaries range from £28,000 to £32,000 plus a monthly bonus, with OTE up to £36,000. Hours are typically 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota, location dependent.

Qualifications

• Passion to deliver an excellent customer service experience and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
• Well-presented with a desire, attitude and character to succeed.
• Previous experience in a customer service role with targets to deliver satisfaction and sales.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs and liaise with workshop to schedule workload.
• Meet customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop off to handover.
• Update customers with progress and authorise additional work with follow-up calls.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
