No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn and work hard is all that’s needed. Excellent communication and IT literacy are essential in a busy dealership environment.

• Able to handle multiple bookings and maintain good administration.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to and from customers needing vehicle maintenance.
• Book vehicles into the technical workshop and track progress.
• Greet customers professionally and provide friendly service throughout the day.
• Liaise with workshop to ensure timely completion and updates to customers.
• Assist with upselling repairs and related services as appropriate.
